One Health
There is an interconnection in human health, animal health and our environmental health. There are number of factors defining this like antimicrobial resistance, zoonoses, emerging diseases in humans and animals. To address these issues and to improve the total health of our society there should be an One Health collaborative approach between multiple professions, including animal science, veterinary medicine, human medicine, and environmental science.
